BabyBjorn Cup Reviews
The BabyBjorn cup is new to the market for 2010 and is priced at £8.99
The BabyBjorn Cup is a new product and like nothing I have ever seen before. It is made from durable plastic and is very sturdy. It is very hardwearing as ours has proved; it has taken a journey from the high chair to the floor on many occasions.
The BabyBjorn Cup is suitable from 8 months and I was a little dubious about letting Dot test it as she’s not quite 8 months and still very young to be using a cup. But, as with most things, I need not have worried. She knew exactly what to do with it despite not being able to drink perfectly from a cup.
The Cup is easy for little hands to hold and easy for little mouths to drink from. Dot also proved it’s great to use as a teether as she attempted to eat it. We have been won over by the BabyBjorn Cup in this household and use it at most mealtimes along with plenty of wet-weather gear just in case Dot prefers her drink shaken not stirred.
I’m very pleased with the cup and what it does, it’s certainly the best cup we’ve tried with both Little Man and Dot and I certainly will be recommending the product to my friends.
A definite 5/5 from us!

We are really impressed with the new BabyBjorn Cup, not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it is also very easy for my 18 month to hold and to use to drink from. The packaging is plain yet clear so that you can see the product before purchase – the cup actually reminded me of a larger sized egg cup! The cup itself is made from very durable and recyclable plastics and is BPA free. It is very sturdy indeed and we found the wide base made it easy for my daughter to place the cup down on her highchair table without any spillages.
There is a measure label on the side of the cup in millilitres and fluid ounces so that fluids can easily be measured out. Our BabyBjorn Cup has a red base with the top part of the cup a frosted plastic – the cup can be washed in the dishwasher and is also microwavable (not on a high heat though).
My daughter took to using this cup really quickly, quicker than we expected and we have not noticed any spillages from her using this. The cup can be used from 8 months and Liv at 18 months had no problems using this cup. It is very easy for her to grip and maintain her hold of the cup. It has been one of the best cups Liv has used so far and it is certainly her favourite as she always chooses the BabyBjorn Cup when it is juice time.
Priced at £8.99 it is certainly one of the most expensive cups we have used however the price does not deter me and I would certainly pay this price. It is so sturdy and versatile that I know it will last a long time.
My friends have already commented highly on the cup and I have no qualms at all recommending this cup to others!
