Cosatto Cabi 3-in-1 pushchair
www.cosatto.com
So much more than “just” a pushchair! This is a pram, pushchair and has a car seat mode. I have been reviewing this since November 2010 when my second son was born and as strange as it sounds, I’m a little in love with it! With my first son we had no less than 8 buggies, from birth to when he gave up on pushchairs at just past 18 months! None of them were quite right; either too bulky, too small, too flimsy or in most cases ridiculously non user-friendly!
I am happy to report that for the first time I have been the subject of school run buggy envy with the Cabi and I love it!

Pram mode.
Perfect for your newborn, safe warm and secure, the pram section slots easily onto the chassis and is very secure. I’m a non-driver in a rural town so it was vital that the Cabi would be easy to manoeuvre, hardy and that Taylor would be warm! The day after he was born THE SNOW arrived and a week after my C-Section I was pushing the Cabi, dragging a wellington booted 4 year through thick snow. And thankfully, it not only met expectations – it has far surpassed them.
The rain cover is very easy to use (I hate raincovers, they are usually fiddly but this one is idiot proof as I have proved!). The shopping basket is immense yet doesn’t look it. On a normal morning I can take a changing bag, my bulky handbag, Kieran’s book bag, PE bag and lunchbag and still have room left over. Very shopping and family friendly.
Pushchair mode
I hate it. Actually no, it’s brilliant... I just hate the fact Taylor is old enough already to be out of the pram and sat up! As with the pram section, the pushchair slots easily onto the chassis and has three recline positions (and you can recline smoothly so no waking baby up!). You can also choose to have baby facing you or when old enough, out towards the world which is ideal. Very user friendly and gorgeous looking (functionality is paramount but if a buggy looks rubbish you aren’t going to enjoy pushing it around town are you?)
Extras:
The Cabi comes with a raincover, changing bag and cosytoes. All covers are removable & washable (I have done this and they went back on easily!).
