Earth Friendly Baby Wipes
"The packaging for the Earth Friendly Baby Wipes were exactly what I would expect from any baby wipes, it was pleasant to look at but it was quite contemporary considering packaging for other brands of wipes.
The wipes themselves had a soft fragrance to them (organic chamomile and organic calendula) which neither myself nor my son found overpowering when in use. The thickness of the wipes really impressed me they were perfect, with just the right amount of moisture in them. I found them to be more than adequate when it came to a situation involving a four year old daughter, some craft glue and my lounge rug! I am always very careful when choosing baby skincare products as my 13 month old son has very sensitive skin and can react to even the most gentle skin products but we found that the Earth Friendly Baby Wipes caused no reaction at all when used on his skin.
It is nice to find such a product that contains only organic goodness and no added extras. They worked well for my family and due to the thickness of the wipes they really worked well and I found I was using less wipes than I would do for each change. The price for a pack of 72 wipes is £2.99 – slightly more expensive than I am used to however they seemed to last just as long as other wipes we use and the most important fact for me was the positive reaction for my son.

"I was very pleased to receive the organic Earth Friendly Baby Wipes to test as we are going through numerous packs a week having a 3 month baby girl along with 2 slightly older children in our house hold. These were required as soon as I received them and I peeled back the resealable label and dived in. The thickness and size of the wipes really surprised me as they were a lot thicker and a little larger in size than other wipes we use and I found straightaway that they went a lot further than I was expecting.
The scent of the wipes was only ever so slightly noticeable but was pleasant nonetheless. The packaging is simple and plain and contains all the information you need – I noticed the wipes are 100% biodegradable and considering how many nappies we go through on a weekly basis it is reassuring to know I can still help the planet! A silver award from the Mother & Baby awards is clearly visible and considering how I feel about these wipes that award should certainly be gold! I will definitely be using these wipes again and will certainly recommend them to others. They do exactly what they intend to do and that is look after baby and the planet!
My overall score would definitely be 5/5!"
"How nice to find a baby wipe that can actually exceed my expectations! At the end of the day wipes are wipes and with a young baby you can use so many on a daily basis – we usually use the same branded wipes and wait until they are on box offers and stock up!
Knowing that the wipes are priced at £2.99 for a pack of 72 I was wary about using them too quickly though I need not have been.
The wipes were the right level of moistness to clean without leaving my daughter’s skin too damp. I found them to be incredibly strong and thick and therefore longer lasting than I expected. They were a pleasant whitish colour with a very gentle fragrance. The fragrance did have an organic feel and upon reading the white packaging I noticed that the wipes contained organic Chamomile and organic Calendula. Both of which are known for their soothing and healing qualities. My daughter can suffer from nappy rash but upon using the Earth Friendly Baby Wipes I did not notice this flaring up at all.
The packaging is quite plain and not necessarily what my eyes would avert to first on a shelf full of wipes however now I know what I am looking for I will definitely put them in my shopping basket in future! I like the “Benefits for Baby” section on the packaging which details the fact the wipes are soft and thick, hypoallergenic, alcohol free, contain no added fragrance, 100% biodegradable and contain natural ingredients.
Some friends have already used these wipes and commented on the thickness compared to other branded wipes.
I will definitely use again and think I have already converted several people also! A definite must for any changing bag!"
