"I have never used a Seaweed scented product before and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely citrusy scent of this Faith In Nature Shower Gel and Foam Bath. It was perfect for summer and I even had friends commenting on the smell on my skin over lunch. The large clear bottle was perfect as I was able to view the product and consistency and this is a plus when looking to purchase. The shower gel and bath foam had a natural look and I was not disappointed with the feel of the product on my skin. I really enjoyed using this product as a shower gel, it was very easy to apply to my skin and it left my skin feeling very soft and clean and had a perfect consistency – not too thick and not too thin.
I looked forward to using this as bath foam and had a lovely relaxing bath. I found the fragrance when used as bath foam was refreshing and uplifting with more bubbles than I expected. I would definitely use this product again and certainly other Seaweed based products as I found it worked wonders on my skin. The fact that you only need to buy one product for use in the shower and bath is excellent! Bath foam is generally a product I forget to replace when I shop so using Faith In Nature Shower Gel and Foam Bath would mean I would never forget again!"
"Seaweed is known for its skin healing qualities and as I have slightly sensitive skin I normally stick to the same skin products so it made a refreshing change to trial this product.
Being a Shower Gel and Foam Bath I was slightly skeptical over how this would fare with my skin as I thought it would be quite harsh as bath foams are normally quite rich and luxurious. When using this product as a shower gel to start with I was really surprised with how nice and soft this felt on my skin. The consistency was slightly runnier than I had initially expected due to its multi use and I found it very easy to use and lather on my skin.
The wonderful scent of seaweed made this shower gel perfect to use for a good wake up morning shower and I looked forward to using this every day. I did not notice any reaction to my skin and actually felt that it moisturised my skin very well.
The combined product was very easy to pour into running water and with a little agitation did mix very well to produce lots of bubbles. I noticed that the Seaweed had a lovely light scent and made for a very relaxing bath time.
The packaging was very refreshing and just the right amount of information was available on the label. Faith In Nature have a wonderful range of products and care deeply about the natural ingredients that they use.
I have never used a combined product like this before due to my skin sensitivity though would not have any qualms using this particular product again and would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a natural product that provides a little bit of luxury for a reasonable price tag."
"As I have a large family I was lucky enough to trial both the Organic Seaweed and Lavender and Geranium Shower Gel and Foam Bath (also reviewed).
Again I found the packaging and container design is well made and I found it did have a “healthy/organic” feel to it, the bottle was not too big for a shower gel but not too small for a bubble bath and fit in with our bathroom nicely.
My whole family were able to use this product either as a shower gel or in a bath and I was really impressed with the multi-use of this product. Combined the price of £4.35 is roughly what I would pay for a single shower gel and single bath foam so for me this price seemed very reasonable.
When used in my children’s bath we found that the product was easy to pour, the bubbles were long lasting and my children enjoyed the feel and looked clean afterwards. Their skin also felt soft so I was impressed that this product also helped to keep their skin moisturised.
As I have a young daughter I felt reassured by the large lid which flips open and felt this was a very positive attribute to the bottle.
As a shower gel I felt it worked well on my skin – the gel foamed as I expecedt a shower gel to and the fragrance on my skin I thought it was really refreshing and I do have to admit this by far my most preferred fragrance out of the Seaweed and Lavender and Geranium products. My husband’s only comment on this scent was that it smelt quite zingy and even he looked forward to using every morning!
In a tossup between the Seaweed and Lavender and Geranium I would plump for the Seaweed each time. The fragrance was quite sweet yet mellow and felt very refreshing on my family’s skin. This is just my personal opinion though as the product itself is a fantastic idea combining two products in one and each person’s requirements from a fragrance are totally different. Though I do believe that Faith In Nature also have a Chocolate Shower Gel and Foam Bath which sounds very yummy indeed!"
