My first impressions of the Love + Art Moroccan Rose Bath Oil were that this was going to be a real treat for me as I love long, luxurious baths. The simple, yet modern packaging and labeling made this product look like a luxury item that every bathroom needs.
The smell did not disappoint, it was very strong in the bottle, yet as I only use a liberal amount in the bath I found the fragrance in use was very pleasant and uplifting and it was one of very few bath oils I have used and noticed that the fragrance was still evident on my skin after my bath.
I found the Bath Oil was very easy to pour into running water and mixed well upon contact with the water. In the bottle the oil is an amber-ish colour and when mixed with water produced a very light amber tint.
The Moroccan Rose Bath Oil felt very luxurious when in use and I could already feel my skin becoming silkier – after drying I certainly noticed that the oil had made my skin feel very soft and I was left with the impression that I had used a luxury product of excellent quality. At a cost of £35 per bottle this would make a lovely present for a special friend or relative or a very rare treat for a very busy mummy. However as you only need to use a small amount of this product in your bath it does actually last a very long time. With this taken into consideration the price is very reasonable as you cannot put a price on relaxation time!

The Love + Art Moroccan Rose Bath Oil is a luxury, organic product normally only found in salons... however this bath oil can be found in your own bathroom!! As soon as I stepped in my bath and inhaled the aroma I was almost felt I could be at a real spa!
The consistency is runny and enables you to control the amount you pour into your bath and you find yourself only using a small amount due. The fragrance is pungent in the bottle though once poured into a bath becomes lighter and very refreshing.
My skin felt incredibly soft and smooth upon using the bath oil but did not give the thick, paste like feeling other oils can leave on your skin. The scent lasted longer on my skin than I expected and acted as a lovely perfume. If you used this in a morning bath, I imagine the scent could last throughout the day.
The oil is contained in a 250ml clear plastic bottle allowing you to view the rich orange colour of the oil. For a price of £35 I had expected the oil to be presented in a glass bottle, however upon reflection if I were to have dropped a glass bottle containing the oil I would have been very upset!! The bottle and label is classy and chic and very minimalist – just containing the information you need, no more and no less.
I was impressed when I researched Love + Art as their full product range is fully organic and made with natural essential oils. I believe that I could tell this was an organic product and definitely worth the price tag.
I will definitely be using the bath oil again and look forward to my next bath! I will consider giving the oil to my friends as a present as I know they will appreciate this wonderful indulgence as much as I have!
