"An ingenious way of putting fun back into exercising for kids and adults alike!!

Certainly easier to fill with liquid than I expected! As we were using Adult Swiggies we found they easily held a glass of water which really impressed me as I was expecting to find myself re-filling them quite a lot. They also feel a lot lighter when worn on the wrist that I expected and I did not find them cumbersome at all.

I found that my Adult sized Swiggies fit snugly on your wrist and is easily adjustable due to the wide Velcro strip. The Swiggies are dishwasher safe and the Velcro strap can be handwashed to keep clean. The Swiggies are very colourful, certainly a conversation starter and available in kids and adult sizes. The fact they are worn on the wrist enables you to remember to drink and this is a fantastic feature for children.

We go hiking regularly and tend to stop so that we can access our water bottles in our bags however with the use of Swiggies we can re-hydrate on the go. The Swiggies come in pairs so if you only need one you can very generously let someone else use the other! By using the Swiggies, myself and my family use less water bottles whilst we were out and about and therefore reduce our carbon footprint.

My husband has also used the Swiggies whilst bike-riding and remarked on how easy they were to use whilst moving, he did not even need to stop pedalling as he could easily lift the push tab and drink from the Swiggies.

We are not gym bunnies however I imagine these are fantastic to use whilst working out and more hygienic too!

I would certainly recommend to everyone – they would also make a quirky present for a child too! A definite 5/5 from my family and I just wish we had tried them sooner!"
