Thomas Cook Kids Club

Flythomascook.com has recently launched its very own Kids Club, with its aim to save Mum and Dad valuable holiday spending money. Children can be kept entertained for hours with a unique series of fun and educational categories that are packed with games, colouring sheets, holiday facts and stories. The best thing... you can download everything for free!

We were recently sent print outs from the Flythomascook.com kids club alongside a wonderful pack of crayons in order to put the colouring sheets and facts and stories to the test. As expected Liv opened the crayons immediately and set about colouring in a picture of a plane with sky setting. This was a colour by numbers sheet which enabled me to help Liv choose the correct colours and point her in the right direction. There are a full range of colouring sheets available which are fun for children of all ages to use.

Family holidays are absolutely fantastic but generally it's the travelling that fills most people with dread. How do you keep your children occupied in confined spaces when they are excited about the prospect of going on holiday. It tends to be the simplest things that are the most effective. The printable resources on the Thomas Cook Kids Club allow you to print out in your own time, in your own home allowing you to also choose exactly what you know your child would like and what would keep them entertained. The sheets also do not take up excess room in your bag!

Alongside colouring sheets, I found the flash card games to be a fantastic idea! The cards give your children the opportunity to colour in the images as well as learning phrases in other languages (Spanish, Turkish and Greek are available). Very handy if you are visiting one of these destinations!

The layout of the Kids Club website is perfect, you can easily find games and information that fit in with every aspect of your holiday. I hope that as time goes on the site will include new games and flash cards in different languages as having seen how much Liv enjoyed playing with the sheets, I would consider using the site even at home. Knowing that her Daddy flies on a plane to work, she is absolutely fascinated by them so colouring a picture of a plane meant she was happy! A fantastic idea from Flythomascook.com!
